  Last several trips it took 10-15 minutes to get order and it wasn't overly busy. Last visit I saw a number of health violations while waiting. Timbits on the floor behind the counter around and under cart containing muffins. Spilled milk on serving counters. Used drink containers on service counters behind counter. I will drive to Fergus from now on. It will likely be quicker anyway.

  I am a regular at this Tim Hortons for the last 2 years because I live near by but I hate it. They are sooooooooo slow!!! If the line up is 5 or more cars in drive thru I just leave now because they cannot handle it. I regularly sit for 15 minutes or longer when I go here. They often mess up my order, as well. I hope that they train their staff to be more efficient. I have gone into the location because drive through was busy and seen the staff working at a slow pace and chatting amongst themselves. Please do something to fix the problem... it's just ridiculous.
